Phil joined us at the Half Moon Cafe at a time when we were not quite what we needed to do to take the Cafe to the next level. He brought his professional approach to bear, giving greater clarity of direction, resulting in a redesign to our offering, increased efficiency of operation and importantly increasing sales and customer satisfaction. At the point of leaving the Cafe, Philip created record annual sales last year and was on his way to another record year for 2015/16.
