– Begin with a consultation to help us get a true understanding of the food you currently provide.

– Work with you to find the areas where your business is not maximising it’s potential with the food served.

– Organise a ‘mystery guest’ visit and report on the good things and identify the areas to work on – often it’s the small things that can make the most difference to your experience.

– A detailed Plan to Success is produced for your business and presented to the business owners, directors and/or shareholders.
